- 1 kg beef
- 150-200 grams beef fat
- 2-3 fresh red peppers
- 10-20 grams salt (dessert spoon)
- 10-20 grams red chili pepper (hot)
- 25-30 grams crushed red pepper (less dark)
Preparing the Kebab Mixture:
- Chop 1 kg of beef with 150-200 grams of beef fat for 10 minutes with a sharp knife. (Can be done with a meat grinder.)
- 2-3 fresh red peppers should be chopped with a knife, and the juice squeezed out.
- The crushed red peppers will be mixed with the meat.
- The mixed meat and peppers will be chopped again with a sharp knife for about 5-7 minutes.
- After the process is complete, add crushed pepper, salt, and red chili pepper.
- The meat and spices will be mixed by hand.
- Your kebab mixture is ready and should rest in the refrigerator for one hour.
- It should rest for one hour in the freezer on the skewers.
- To prevent the kebab mixture from falling into the grill.
- It can be hand washed with a sponge. Do not clean with a brush.
